Press two of your fingers onto the inner aspect of the arm, compressing - - - - T - the artery against the bone. If you feel a pulse, begin rescue breathing at - a rate of one breath every three to four seconds. Remember, only a puff of air is usually necessary. If there is no pulse, begin chest compressions.
